Resorts in Cupecoy and Maho

Built over the famed pink cliffs of Cupecoy, grottos and alongside various accessible beaches leading up to Cupecoy Beach, one finds Sapphire Beach Club Resort. Amongst its many amenities, this resort boasts an on property restaurant Sapphire Café and poolside bar.
From Cupecoy to Maho St Maartens only Golf Course winds down an isthmus in between of the Simpson Bay Lagoon and the Caribbean Mullet Bay. Resorts in either district have the luxury of playing golf within walking distance.
Adjacent to the Golf course one finds St Maartens largest all-inclusive resort, Sonesta Maho Beach Resort, Casino & Spa. With pristine Mullet Bay’s beach and nature areas on one side, bustling Maho Village and world famous Maho Beach / Airport Beach on the other, it allows any holiday goer to pick ones own way of spending well deserved days off. Also in the Maho Beach area are Royal Islander La Plage and Royal Islander La Terrasse resorts. No surprise Royal Islander La Plage is located on Maho beach; whereas la Terrasse is built around an elevated park – its rooms with a view on Maho Beach, Simpson Bay lagoon and well beyond.

Resorts in the Simpson Bay and Pelican area

From Morgan Resort along SXM Airport Princess Juliana runs Simpson Bay Beach. Along its own beach as intermezzo in between of tranquil Simpson bay Beach and bustling Kimsha Beach, one finds the  Hilton Grand Vacations Royal Palm. Next to a choice of three beaches within 500 meters, it offers its visitors daily spectacle of the mega yachts, sailboats and dinghys passing the resort by when passing the hotel by via the Simpson Bay Lagoon bridge adjacent to the hotel.
Beyond the vibrant restaurant area of Simpson Bay and Kimsha, the landmark tower of Atrium Beach Resort & Spa provides great views of the Simpson Bay Lagoon, whereas the feet of Atrium as the areas highest aedifice rest on the sand of Kim Sha Beach. Wellness fans can enjoy Atrium’s Spa facilities. Its 8 person beachside meeting room allows for inspirational and effective business trips at the beach
Next door to Atrium is Simpson Bay Resort & Marina meandering all the way from the liveliness of Kim Sha Beach – via its own marina – to quiet Pelican Key Beach. Apart from being home to various nautical activities and tours on its own marina boardwalk, amenities include a conference ball room and a variety of tastes with Bovin Steakhouse, La Patrona Restaurant, the Replay  Sports Bar and Juliette’s Bistro.
Also on Pelican Key Beach is Hilton Grand Vacations Flamingo Beach Resort. In a tranquil corner of the otherwise lively Pelican district, this resort is well suited for room views of the entire Simpson Bay all the way to the Maho Beach area, as well as surrounding islands like Saba. Beaches can be found on two sides of the resort.
Adjacent to the Flamingo Beach is family owned La Vista Resort, with an intimate but spacious setup from the beachside La Vista Beach to a higher up part with its Hideaway Restaurant, overlooking the ocean.

Resorts in Philipsburg, Little Bay and Oyster Bay

Little Bay Beach is a peaceful Caribbean beach located right outside St Maarten capital Philipsburg, stretching from historic Fort Amsterdam overlooking Philipsburg, to the hills towards the Simpson Bay area. On its west end, Belair Beach Hotel Resort can be found. This stretched seaside resort has amongst its amenities a shop and a restaurant on premises.
Divi Little Bay Resort is nestled on a peninsula  in between of Fort Amsterdam, Philipsburg’s Great Bay, Little Bay Beach and Belair Beach Hotel resort.
Amongst its amenities is Pure Ocean and Gizmo’s restaurants, the Fort Amsterdam deli and its rooftop bar Mix with an impressive view from neighboring Saba to the heart of Philipsburg. Aquamania does sailing and boat tours from its pier, serving both Divi Little Bay Beach Resort as well as Belair Beach Hotel.
Literally meters from the French border and also on a peninsula is the “lighthouse” of Oyster Bay Beach Resort Located alongside both Oyster Bay Beach and the Oyster Bay Lagoon, it is also 100 meters away from Dawn Beach. Dutch – French Oyster Bay is host to various eateries and restaurants, amongst which Oyster Bay Beach resort’s own Infinity Restaurant and Veranda Market & Bistro on Oyster Bay Beach.
