Orient Bay is a great place where all your water adventures are realized! In Orient Bay you can enjoy jet skiing, surfing and all in between. Additionally, there are many restaurants and lounging areas if you are not up for many activities.
Orient Bay, or Baie Orientale, is a resort area located along Orient Bay Beach. The area offers a variety of boutique hotels, villas, beach clubs, and a town center with various amenities.
Although the town faces the Atlantic Ocean, Caye Verte Island, located just offshore, helps protect the bay from strong currents, making the beach popular with both staying visitors and cruise passengers. The town and beach also offer beautiful views of Caye Verte, Tintamarre, and Pinel island.
While the area was inhabited before, major development began in the 1990s. The southern part of the beach, as well as some hotels throughout the resort area, offers clothing-optional areas.
The resort town is a gated community, but it remains open to anyone wishing to visit the beach, restaurants, and other facilities. A bus from Marigot passes by the gates. From here it is a 10 minute walk to the beach and town center.
In the surrounding area, visitors can explore Amuseum Naturalis and the nearby Réserve Naturelle nature reserve.

Orient Bay is located on the French side of the island, in between the Oyster Bay and Cul de Sac areas.
