Renata started her career working in many restaurants in the U.S.A. and Canada. Once she returned to St Maarten as a professional chef she attended an opening of Sonesta Maho Beach Resort & Casino and today is the sous-chef at Salt restaurant at  The Morgan Resort & Spa in Simpson Bay. 

 

Furthermore, Renata has had a great value in the success of the St. Maarten national culinary team. For instance, in 2017 she has led the culinary team to the international Taste of the Caribbean competition and she also contributes in electing a new team for 2023.

 

So, Renata is a true passionate food artist who has traveled the world preparing numerous dishes for different countries. But, in all of her dishes is a little Caribbean love.
