St. Maarten’s Home of Yachting Since 1980

The Sint Maarten Yacht Club (SMYC) was established in 1980 with the goal to promote sailing on the island of St. Maarten. They are especially focused on their youth sailing program that stimulates local youth to become part of the sailing community and organize several regattas per year, of which the St. Maarten Heineken Regatta is the biggest.

Where To Find the Sint Maarten Yacht Club

The Sint Maarten Yacht Club is located in the Simpson Bay area of St. Maarten, next to the Simpson Bay bridge providing access to the lagoon.
