A day aboard with Private Yacht Charters

This past Tuesday, the St. Maarten Hospitality and Trade Association (SHTA) Blog reporters had the absolute pleasure of joining the Private Yacht Charters (PYC) excursion aboard the boat Don’t Worry, and they can proudly say it was an amazing day well spent. From the moment we stepped on board, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of laughter and great energy, which was thanks to the incredible crew and also other individuals who were invited.

The crew was not only professional but genuinely delightful to be around. Their friendliness and attentiveness made everyone feel at ease, whether it was offering refreshments, sharing local insights, or simply making sure they were comfortable throughout the entire day.

The excursion itself was beautifully planned, starting off at Bobby’s Marina, where they sailed away towards Long Bay Beach. Here the paddle boards came out, and they tried riding them around the boat. A daring few even attempted standing up, which went better for some then for others. After a while it was time to get back on board and we sailed to Cupecoy Beach, where they were served a delicious lunch.

After lunch it was time to move to Mullet Bay Beach where the staff put out the Aqua Lily Pad. Here they could calmly lie down and enjoy the view. They asked the staff for some snorkeling gear, which they happily provided. They decided to explore the water for a bit and even spotted a stingray!

They then moved on to Maho Beach, where they watched the airplanes land at the airport. The last stop of the day was Little Bay Beach, where the snorkeling gear came out once more. They decided to explore the underwater sculpture park. During the day there were stunning views of the island’s coastline, crystal clear waters, and plenty of moments to relax.

Being invited on board was an honor, and St. Maarten Hospitality and Trade Association (SHTA) Blog reporters’ team was incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a well-organized and enjoyable outing.
