Enjoy world-famous musical artists, craft cocktails, sushi, and gastronomic bar food in Simpson Bay at Dopsie’s. Featuring live jazz, swing, funk, and blues artists from St. Maarten, Miami, and NYC nightly with sets starting at 7 p.m. and finishing at 11 p.m.

Dopsie’s offers innovative craft and the largest collection of single malt scotches cocktails in St. Maarten. Popular food items include Dopsie’s custom blend dry- aged beef sliders, East and West Coast oysters, and awesome sushi. Dopsie’s is brought to you by the Bamboo House team.

Opening hours

Dopsie’s is open Monday to Saturday from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. (closed on Sundays).
