Photo Of The Week: Stars Above Grand Case?

Foodie hotspot Grand Case is famous for its sunsets.

In this particular sunset photo, it is almost like stars are showing above this village known for its many restaurants on its namesake boulevard. Instead, if you look closer, it highlights that food lovers don’t just flock to St. Maarten / St. Martin via cruise ships and the St. Maarten airport, but also via sailing boats. The many “stars” you see are little lights on top of the masts. From the peace and quiet on board of the ships, you can presume the sailors either took a sumptuous  three course meal in town – or brought one for takeaway with their dinghy.
