2026 Sint Maarten Biodiversity Fest

The wait is over! 

Here is the official schedule for the Nature Foundation‘s 2026 Sint Maarten Biodiversity Fest:
 April 25 – 26, 2026 – mark your calendar!

Get ready for a fun-filled weekend where you can discover birds and all the incredible living creatures that share our beautiful island with us!

Here’s what you can expect:

 Saturday early morning – join a beginner-friendly hike to the stunning natural pools on the island’s East side
 Saturday morning – hop on our free shuttle to Les Fruits de Mer, where we’ll explore the fascinating world of snails and take part in their Endemic Species Festival’s activities
 Saturday evening – discover the creatures of the night—the hidden heroes that support our ecosystems and birdlife
 Sunday morning – enjoy a free snorkeling tour and explore the underwater world while learning about its vital role for seabirds
 Sunday night – we’ll wrap up the festival with a nature documentary screening at Van Dorp Spaces
