PASTURE PIECE

Welcome to Pasture Piece, a historic monument nestled on the beautiful island of Sint Maarten. Once the cherished home of the Richardson family, this early 1900s gem now serves as a Bed & Breakfast, Museum, and Event space, offering a glimpse into the rich heritage of island.

Pasture Piece, a charming small property with traditional St. Maarten architecture in the heart of Dutch Cul de Sac, is the perfect venue for a small gatherings and ceremonies.

Small and quaint, the event hall can fit a maximum of 20 people, seated. However, if the garden space is also being used for an event, the capacity is 75-100 people. Dotted with tropical fruit and flowering plants, the airy garden has a removable dancefloor, al fresco bar, and the property’s signature almond tree seating area – made beautifully with repurposed wood from the iconic tree that stood there until hurricane Irma in 2017. The garden area can be equipped with tables, chairs and tents to accommodate the special occasion.
