David Hoffman of Davidsbeenhere Discovers French Side St. Martin
In his third episode exploring the culinary gems of St. Maarten / St. Martin just before a full year of St. Maarten Flavors highlights of island signature dishes kicked off, David Hoffman of Davidsbeenhere explored the French side and delves further into the uniquely multicultural and binational character of both the island and its cuisines. In this episode, David gets acquainted with Creole and Haitian food. In addition, he visits upscale Grand Case and its landmark restaurant balconies towering over Grand Case Beach.
