Be prepared to start your unique VIP adventure on board our custom-built 114 foot wooden sailing schooner “Spirit of St Maarten”. It’s the only vessel of it’s kind on St Maarten, and was also uniquely commissioned to help support a range of charitable development initiatives for young people on St Maarten. After being greeted by our friendly concierge, relax on a daybed and enjoy a welcome glass of sparkling wine as the schooner makes its way to the entrance of Great Bay and West along the panoramic Southern coat of St Maarten.

After the Caribbean Sun finally sinks beneath the waves and the boat transforms into an intimate floating restaurant, make sure you enjoy the complimentary cocktails from our fully stocked bar while the boat comes to anchor in one of the sheltered bays of St Maarten’s Southern coast. Before being seated for dinner there is plenty of time to relax and take a stroll along the decks while our on board Chef prepares a sea themed four course dinner for our guests to enjoy. Finally, after desert, our voyage home starts and we head back to Great Bay as the stars start to appear in the tropical sky and another perfect evening draws to a close.
