Al Pasha – A Culinary Lebanese blessing

AL Pasha prides itself in producing authentic, home-made Lebanese cuisine from mouthwatering mezze to family-style dishes, opened its doors in November 2013; owners with a varied and extensive experience behind them offer a, diverse Mediterranean menu packed full of Lebanese favorites and contemporary dishes.

We blend traditional elements fresh-to-order using high-quality ingredients; including an abundance of fresh mixed fruit vegetables, whole grains, fresh fish and seafood, Poultry and high-quality red meat, with a copious amount of garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and herbs a typical flavor found in the Lebanese diet which are the best quality ingredients to make our mezze an array of small dishes – like tapas – and range from simple flavors to complex dishes. Most are not spicy and there are many vegetarian and vegan options, as well as modern elements and ‘secret’ family recipes from the heartlands of Lebanon to delight and also develop the perception of Lebanese cuisine beyond its traditional ethnic stereotype with its international touch. Serious about creating the most enjoyable experience for our guests and that is why we start with the best quality food.
