1. Spices of India

Restaurant Spices of India on the Maho nightlife strip is known to be the best Indian restaurant on St. Maarten, and popular amongst islanders. A dedicated, hard working family with Indian roots makes culinary wonders happen in this compact space. Make sure you make a reservation as this is a very famous location especially in the weekends.

 

 

2. Oasis (Roma & Mr. Chow)

This food court restaurant in the middle of Maho’s nightlife area allows you to pick from great Italian (Roma) as well as Asian (Mr. Chow) food and see another bustling Maho evening develop from its terrace.

 

 

3. SALT

With a befitting name for an island known as “island of salt”, SALT restaurant in the Morgan Resort is run by some of St. Maarten’s most famous and experienced chefs. With a great view over the Caribbean, an evening here will exceed expectations.

 

 

4. Rendez Vous

When out in Tuscany inspired Porto Cupecoy, visit Rendez Vous. Their French owners have high culinary standards and the menu tells. Right next to the gate to the marina and its Italian styled “piazza”, it is centrally located to feel the liveliness of this square.

 

 

5. Tortuga

Seeing planes land and depart at Maho Beach is clearly part of many St. Maarten visitor experiences. What is a well kept secret for many, is that in this very busy area relaxed Tortuga beach bar and restaurant gives a perfect hideout to see the airplanes land too. A not unimportant addition is that great food and drinks are served!
