St. Maarten’s food scene is not just well known by resort and cruise visitors, but also by travel industry professionals. This is why David Hoffman approached us to sample the “Culinary Capital of the Caribbean“.
As a prelude to St. Maarten Flavors 2026 / 2027 kicking off in June, St. Maarten Flavors invited David to do a binational attempt to find out why the island is considered a regional foodie mecca.
