Bethlehem Real Estate Development N.V. (sister-company of Rice Hill Gardens Development NV). is developing The Village at the Border project at Bethlehem Estate which is shaping up to be the next center located on the Border of Dutch and French Quarter on the Eastern side of the island only minutes from the Port of Sint Maarten, Philipsburg, Oyster Pond/Dawn Beach and Orient Bay.
