SXM TALKS: ART AND CULTURE IN THE SPOTLIGHT IN SINT MAARTEN SCHOOLS

During this school year second vocational students will focus on the Dutch side period of slavery, emancipation and cultural heritage via dance and making of ceramic products.
Upon learning of the traditional techniques students will create items based on their perspective. The public will have the opportunity to view these creations during an exhibition at the National Institute of Arts in June 2024.
