Parking is easy for both locals and stayover visitors, and while it sits just outside the main route taken by most cruise passengers, it requires only a short detour to discover that Aziana is conveniently located between downtown Philipsburg and the cruise port.
Directly across from the restaurant lies the Philipsburg Marina, making Aziana a favorite gathering place for sailors and yacht charter guests looking to unwind after a day on the water. Ferries to St. Barths depart from directly in front of the restaurant, as do catamaran excursions with Eagle Tours and private yacht charters.
During the day, Aziana also serves as an excellent starting point for exploring Philipsburg. Both the historic Front Street and the lively Boardwalk are just a short stroll away.
Bobby’s Marina offers ample parking, even on busy days. The restaurant is approximately 500 meters from Emmaplein, the final stop for nearly all St. Maarten bus routes. Taxis are also readily available throughout the day.
You’ll find guests arriving in everything from business attire to sailing gear. In other words, the atmosphere is casual and welcoming, although covering up swimwear is appreciated.
Walk-ins are always welcome at Aziana, although during busy evenings in the high season there may be a short wait, especially for outdoor seating. Reservations are recommended, particularly if you’d like a table on the waterfront terrace.
If you’re spending the day in Philipsburg, Aziana makes for a peaceful yet scenic lunch destination. As evening approaches, the outdoor bar is an ideal place to enjoy sunset cocktails before settling in for dinner overlooking the marina.
Building on a renowned St Maarten family tradition of Asian cuisine excellence, Aziana provides a 21st century connoisseur haven for lovers of especially Indonesian and Japanese food – but as its adage Asian Fusion tells you – a lot more.
