Plum Bay Beach, also known as Baie aux Prunes, is a natural shoreline located in the Terres Basses/Lowlands area on the French side of Saint Martin / Sint Maarten. The beach stretches roughly 1.1 kilometres along a combination of soft sand and rocky shoreline and is known for its quiet, uncommercialized setting with little to no built-in infrastructure or amenities.
Visitors should bring their own food, water, shade and beach gear, as there are no facilities directly on the sand. The bay’s waters can be calm for swimming and snorkeling on suitable days but may also produce higher waves that attract bodyboarders and surfers during windier conditions.
