Happy Bay Beach is a small, secluded beach located on the northwestern coast of Saint Martin/Sint Maarten between Friar’s Bay and the Bay of Grand Case. It is only accessible by a roughly 10–15 minute walk along a trail from Friar’s Bay or by boat, and there are no built-in facilities such as restrooms, showers or rental services on the beach. The shoreline consists of soft white sand and calm, clear water suitable for swimming, snorkeling and nature observation, and the surrounding vegetation provides occasional natural shade. Because of its secluded location, the beach is generally quiet and uncrowded, with a largely undeveloped natural setting.
Area of Sint Maarten, and can best be reached by foot from Friar’s Bay Beach.
