If you’d rather skip the taxi, you can reach Friar’s Bay Beach by bus. First, take a minibus from Philipsburg to Marigot, which runs frequently throughout the day. Once in Marigot, transfer to another minibus heading toward Friar’s Bay Beach. These buses stop close to the beach and operate several times daily.
