St. Maarten Bucks are a great way for you to experience the island and get you in the right SPENDING mood.

During the winter months, the hotels usually give discounts of up to 25% plus up to 100 “SXM Bucks” (equivalent to US$100) per room per night. These vouchers can be used as cash at any of the participating companies. Just imagine how much you could be saving on your St. Maarten vacation!

Rules and Conditions

1. Note cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. No change is given for purchases of less than the face value of this note.
3. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
4. Note must be redeemed prior to expiration date.
5. Note cannot be used for accommodations, room charges or incidentals.
6. Participating merchant must accept note in the same manner as cash payment.
7. No cash refund is given for purchases made with this note.
8. All fields on back of note must be completed.
9. Note is invalid if any of the following are missing: authorization signature on front, raised SHTA seal, company name, name of beneficiary.
10. Merchant will require official ID when note is redeemed.
11. Lost notes cannot be replaced.
12. Damaged notes may be returned to SHTA office for replacement, at the sole discretion of SHTA.
13. Merchant must verify authenticity of notes.
14. By accepting note, merchant acknowledges its responsibility for verification of authenticity, validity, and proper use, and accepts the risk of non-reimbursement in case of improper verification.
15. Merchant must return note to SHTA within 30 days of expiration for reimbursement.
