This full-service beachfront resort is located on a six acre peninsula in a secluded tropical hideaway called Oyster Pond on the east side of St. Maarten. Philipsburg, capital of Dutch St. Maarten, is 5 minutes by car and only 15 miles from Juliana International Airport. The resort is adjacent to the mile-long Dawn Beach only a few minutes walking distance from the resort.  The resort consists of a wide range of accommodation including 12 hotel rooms, 74 Studio’s, 74 One-Bedroom Suites and 30 Two-Bedroom Suites. All guest rooms include: King size beds; a bathroom with shower or bath tubs; individual furnished patio/balcony; split unit air-conditioning; direct-dial telephone with data port; color satellite TV; WIFI connectivity; studios have a fully equipped kitchenette, and one- and two-bedroom suites both include a fully equipped kitchen. Onsite dining choices for guests include the Infinity Bar and Terrace and Beau Beau's Beach Bar and Grill. Each oceanfront, marina-front and garden-view studio (one-room) features a queen-size bed, shower, nightstand with alarm clock, drawers and wall closet with in-room safe, iron and ironing board. The living area includes a dining table for two, 20" television, kitchenette with compact refrigerator, two-burner stove and microwave, and a balcony

One Bedroom Suite
This large suite features a master bedroom with king-size bed, nightstands, alarm clock, wall closet, in-room safe, iron and ironing board and a sizeable bathroom with double-face basin, wall-to-wall mirror, bidet and bathtub. Each one-bedroom suite has a living area with pull-out sofa bed, 25" TV/VCR, stereo with CD player, furnished balcony, a dining area that seats four, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a full-size stove, blender, microwave, large refrigerator, cupboards and a dishwasher.

Two Bedroom suite
This large suite boasts a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a double-face basin and bidget in the master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, with amenities in the bedroom that include nightstands, alarm clock, wall-closet, in-room safe and iron with ironing board, as well as a shower. Each two-bedroom suite has a living area with pull-out sofa bed, 27" TV/VCR and stereo with CD player, a furnished balcony, a dining area that seats six, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a full-size stove, blender, microwave, large refrigerator, cupboards and a dishwasher.

Deluxe Loft
The two-story deluxe loft has a king-size bed downstairs with a full-size bed in the loft. Each level has privacy curtains, nightstand with alarm clock, drawers, wall closet, in-room safe, iron with ironing board and a 20" television. Each unit includes a bathroom with shower, double-face basin and wall-to-wall mirrors as well as kitchenette amenities and a coffeemaker. Furnished balconies overlook the ocean and the garden.

Superior Room
This oceanfront or garden-view unit has a king-size bed, nightstands, alarm clock, drawers and wall closet, iron and ironing board, in-room safe, 20" television, shower, double-face basin with wall-to-wall mirrors, compact refrigerator, coffeemaker and balcony with furniture.
