Sheer Restaurant, located at Philipsburg’s Promenade Mall opened in April 2009. The restaurant is a chic establishment that wants to cater to an upscale and refined audience.

Its cuisine is called a fusion of European and Asian influences, with a touch of Caribbean flair. Sheer’s menu attempts to meld the refined taste of European cuisine with the essence of indigenous island flavors.
